Brian Urban
Brian Urban is CEO, President and Partner of Sencorp, Inc. Brian has 30 years of operational and sales and marketing management experience working for privately held and public corporations that contract manufacture or design and build machinery for metal stamping, plastic forming, machining, fabrication, or assembly automation for industries including automotive, aerospace, appliance, defense, medical device, packaging, and power generation. Brian majored in design at Ohio University and the University of Toledo with executive education at the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School and the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. Brian is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Society of Automotive Engineers, Society of Plastics Engineers, Laser Institute of America, and the CEO Clubs.
Gregory Meikle
Greg Meikle is Chief Financial Officer and Partner of Sencorp Inc. Greg has been with Sencorp for over 2 years and has almost 15 years experience in various finance positions within the manufacturing industry. His experience includes Financial Reporting Manager for Johnson & Johnson (DePuy Division, Raynham, MA) and Senior Cost Accountant / Financial Analyst for Standard-Thomson Corporation. Greg received a Master of Business Administration from Bentley College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nichols College. He is also a member of IMA.
James Tedesco
James Tedesco is Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Partner of Sencorp, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience with thermoforming, heat sealing and packaging equipment. Jim is responsible for sales and marketing of thermoforming equipment, laboratory sealers, shuttle tray sealers and automated packaging systems for the medical industry as well as the retail industry. Past experience includes VP of Sales of Crystal Thermoplastics (now Alcoa), designing and producing of thermoformed parts to the medical industry. He is currently a member of SPE, PMMI, Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP) and Director on the board of the Association of Visual Packaging Manufacturers. Jim was awarded a B.S. in Marketing from Suffolk University.

Brian Golden
Brian Golden brings to Sencorp 25 years of experience in the plastics industry. He began as an electrical assembler at Packaging Industries (plastics machinery manufacturer) in Hyannis Ma. Brian soon became a service technician traveling globally for machine repairs, installations and operator training. In 1989 Brian joined TMCI, an Italian based machinery manufacturer of form-fill-seal equipment focusing on the food industry. As the Service Manager for TMCI, he was directly responsible for the installation and support of all equipment in the USA. Brian's career in the plastics industry changed in 1993 when he joined Crystal Thermoplastics (a Custom Thermoformer) in Cumberland, RI as the Manufacturing Manager. The focus quickly turned from one of customer support to maintaining and improving operations of a "Custom Thermoformer" utilizing machines from several suppliers such as Sencorp, Lyle and Brown.
Upon retuning to Sencorp in 1997 Brian became a Project Manager focusing on the Thermoforming product line. Currently he is Director of Customer Satisfaction responsible for all aftermarket activity for the Sencorp products. Recent innovations include the introduction of the Predictive Maintenance Inspection program (the first in the industry) which entails a complete 175-point inspection comparing machine deficiencies against factory standards. He also implemented the Sencorp Training Center which provides instruction on troubleshooting, maintaining and processing techniques for Sencorp machinery. Brian attended University of Mass, Dartmouth as a business major.
Kent A. Hevenor
Kent Hevenor is Product Manager for Sencorp's CeraTek line of medical pouch and tray sealing equipment and laboratory heat sealers. Kent has over 17 years of experience in the packaging industry specifically focusing on sealing equipment for the medical device industry and has been involved in the design and market introduction of many of Sencorp's current medical pouch and tray sealers. He is a member of ASTM, TAPPI and IoPP. Kent was awarded a B.S. degree in Transportation Sciences from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 1982 and a M.S. degree in Organizational Development from Springfield College in 1987.
Robert Mozian
Bob Mozian is presently Eastern Regional Account Manager for Sencorp Inc. He has been with Sencorp for over 30 years in various sales and marketing positions. Past experience includes Service Manager for a thermoforming and heat sealer machine manufacturer and Vice President for a custom thermoforming company located in New York. Bob is a long time member of SPE (Society of Plastic Engineers). He attended Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York as a math major.
Tom Schelmbauer
Tom Schelmbauer is the Midwest Regional Sales Manager for Sencorp Inc., and is based in St. Louis, MO. Tom came to the packaging industry with 5 years of custom automation experience, and has been working for Sencorp for 4 years serving in the mechanical design and applications engineering departments. He earned his bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering at University of Missouri-Rolla with a minor in Spanish.
