Brian Urban - CEO/President and Partner
Brian has 30 years of operations, sales, and marketing with privately held and public corporations in metals and plastics forming, machining and fabrication, assembly, machinery, and automation for the automotive, aerospace, appliance, defense, medical device, packaging, and power generation industries. Brian majored in design at Ohio University and Toledo University, with continuing education from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler School of Business, the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and Caltech’s IRC.

Gregory Meikle - CFO and Partner
Greg has over 15 years accounting and finance experience for privately held and public corporations. Greg earned an MBA from Bentley College, a BS in Business Administration from Nichols College, with continuing education from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and Caltech’s IRC.

James Tedesco -Vice President Sales and Partner
Jim has 35 years of sales experience in the thermoforming, sealing and packaging automation industry. Jim earned a BS in Marketing from Suffolk University, with continuing education from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and Caltech’s IRC.

John Sullivan – Senior Vice President
John has 40 years experience in operations, sales, engineering, and service management with public corporations in aerospace, metal fabrication, metal stamping, machinery, and thermoforming industries. John earned an MBA from Nichols college and a BS in Manufacturing Technology from Central New England College.

Gregory (Greg) Germain – Vice President Engineering
Greg has 26 years experience in electrical engineering, and engineering and assembly management with privately held companies in the printed circuit board and machinery industries. Greg earned a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Roger Williams University, with continuing education from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
