Brian Urban - CEO/President and Partner
Brian has 30 years of operations, sales, and marketing with privately held and public corporations in metals and plastics forming, machining and fabrication, assembly, machinery, and automation for the automotive, aerospace, appliance, defense, medical device, packaging, and power generation industries. Brian majored in design at Ohio University and Toledo University, with continuing education from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler School of Business, the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and Caltech’s IRC.
Gregory Meikle - CFO and Partner
Greg has over 15 years accounting and finance experience for privately held and public corporations. Greg earned an MBA from Bentley College, a BS in Business Administration from Nichols College, with continuing education from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and Caltech’s IRC.
James Tedesco -Vice President Sales and Partner

Greg has 26 years experience in electrical engineering, and engineering and assembly management with privately held companies in the printed circuit board and machinery industries. Greg earned a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Roger Williams University, with continuing education from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
